About the rate
This rate applies by default, on the offer price before options. A specific schedule may be active depending on the transport type or whether the route is international, with a minimum amount where applicable. The exact amount, in dirhams, is shown to you before each offer is sent — you never discover a charge after the fact.
The charge
When money moves, and not before

You fund the wallet
By bank transfer. The balance stays available as long as no offer of yours is accepted.

You send an offer
The commission amount is computed and displayed. Nothing is debited at that point; only a sufficient balance is required.

The shipper accepts your offer
The commission is debited from the wallet within the same operation as the award.

The ledger keeps the trace
Every entry is immutable and readable in your wallet: top-up, commission, and any correction.
Funding the wallet
Bank transfer is the only active method. No payment gateway is connected and no amount is collected automatically.
What you do not pay for

You declare the amount
The platform generates a unique reference to be quoted on your transfer.

An administrator matches the transfer to the reference and credits the wallet. You are notified.
