The journey
How it works
A request on one side, an offer on the other, one shared docket in between. Here is every step, for both parties.
From the goods to the carrier
You have something to move. You describe it, you compare, you choose.
- 01/ 04
Describe the goods
Nature of the load, weight, declared value, origin and destination cities, pickup window, preferred payment method. The form takes a few minutes.
- 02/ 04
Post the docket
The request receives a reference in the form CRF-YYMM-NNNN. No account is required to post; creating one lets you find your requests and offers again.
- 03/ 04
Receive the offers
Verified carriers on the corridor are notified. Each can reply with a price, a pickup date and a message. You compare them side by side.
- 04/ 04
Award the job
You accept one offer. The others are declined in the same movement and contact details are exchanged. Posting and matching cost you nothing.
From the file to the load
You are already on the road. You get your company verified, then you answer the requests that run along your routes.
- 01/ 04
Open the account
Company name, home city, transport types you operate — full truckload, groupage, refrigerated, removals, container — and fleet size.
- 02/ 04
Upload the documents
Trade register, transport licence and insurance certificate. Without these three documents, the file does not go to verification.
- 03/ 04
Pass verification
Every document is checked by our team. No automated screening. You are told the outcome, and your listing joins the directory once verified.
- 04/ 04
Quote a price
You see the open requests that match your activity and you set your own price. The commission amount is shown to you before each offer is sent.
The meeting point
Where the two columns join
Awarding is a single indivisible operation: the accepted offer, the declined offers and the commission charge all happen in one movement.
At launch
Every request is followed by our team and every carrier file is checked by hand. We would rather match slowly and safely than automate loosely.
- MEP·01
The offer is accepted
The shipper picks one proposal among those received. The request moves to the awarded state.
- MEP·02
The commission is charged
It is debited from the carrier's wallet at the moment of the award, never before. If the balance is short, nothing is awarded.
- MEP·03
The other offers fall
They are declined automatically, at no cost to their authors. The wallet ledger keeps an immutable trace of every entry.
